Ordering, payment, and delivery method

Placing an Order

After selecting the desired product, click “Add to Cart.” In the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of the product by entering the desired quantity in the designated field. To save the changes, press the “Update Cart” button.

Before starting the order, choose a suitable delivery method. The choice of delivery method will be displayed based on the products added to the shopping cart (“Pick up in-store” or “Home delivery by courier”). Once the delivery method is selected, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

Enter the delivery address, email, and contact phone number.

Overview and Payment

Once you have entered all the necessary information (listed above), please double-check all the data in the right column under “Order Overview/ Your Order” and select a payment method by clicking on the appropriate link.

Before making the purchase, you must confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale and are aware that your personal data will be used for processing your order.

To place your order and make the payment, click the “Submit Order” button.

If there are errors or omissions in the order form, they will be highlighted in a separate window in red.

Saunum e-shop Payment Methods:

To confirm your order, the full purchase amount must be paid, and this can be done through the following banks’ online banking systems:

  • Swedbank
  • SEB
  • Luminor
  • Coop Pank
  • Citadele
  • Revolut
  • Kevin

To make a payment via online banking, enter your username and password(s) and access the online banking platform. In the online banking system, you will find a pre-filled payment order, which includes the amount that needs to be paid. Confirm the payment order.

Payment with VISA or MasterCard

As a prepayment option, you can pay with VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Debit cards must have credit card features, and internet payment capabilities must be activated on the card. You can activate this feature in your card issuer’s online banking platform.

Once the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, and CVV code are entered, press the “Pay” button. Afterward, the order will be processed, and the specified purchase amount will be charged to the entered credit card.

ESTO Installment Payment

When paying for products or services, use ESTO installment payment – the most affordable, convenient, and fast installment payment option in Estonia!

Add the desired products to your shopping cart, confirm your order, and select the ESTO installment payment link as your payment method. When making the payment, choose the suitable period, monthly installment amount, and digitally sign the agreement conveniently using your ID card, Smart-ID, or Mobile-ID.

ESTO installment payment is an extremely quick and convenient payment solution that helps you create a payment schedule based on the period you have chosen. This payment solution makes real-time decisions and allows you to complete your purchase in less than 60 seconds.

ATTENTION! Every installment payment is a financial obligation. Before entering into an installment payment agreement, familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of the respective service and, if necessary, consult with an expert.

The provider of installment payments is ESTO AS (registration code 14180709). More information about ESTO can be found at www.esto.ee.

ESTO Installment Payment Standard Terms and Conditions:

  • Interest starting from 0%
  • Contract fee starting from 0 euros
  • Period up to 5 years
  • Installment payments are available to all Estonian citizens aged 18 to 70. ESTO installment payments can also be processed quickly and conveniently for legal entities.

Every financial decision involves risks and obligations, so we kindly ask you to carefully consider the need for loan products. For example, for a loan amount of 300 euros for 24 months with a fixed interest rate of 11.90% per annum and a contract fee of 0 euros, the annual percentage rate of charge is 39.68%, the monthly installment amount is 17.38 euros, and the total amount to be repaid by the consumer is 417.12 euros.

Order Fulfillment Deadlines

We do our best to ensure that your ordered products reach you in a timely manner.

If the ordered items are in our warehouse, we will send them to customers within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. If the product is out of stock but you’ve already placed an order on the Saunum e-shop, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm product availability and the estimated delivery time. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the first business day of the following week.

The fulfillment deadline for an order depends on the distance to the destination of the customer. Within Estonia, shipments typically arrive at the customer’s location 1-3 days after the product has been handed over to the courier company.

Once the order is assembled and ready for pickup, you will receive an email or phone call with relevant information.

NOTE! All claims regarding damage and broken items that occur during the transportation of the product must be submitted by the customer/buyer within three (3) business days from the date of receiving the product. The company must receive the corresponding statement in a format that allows for written reproduction (via email) and includes images of the product’s damage.

Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order if you have not yet received the ordered products. Please inform us of your cancellation by calling +372 5197 5074 or by emailing info@saunum.ee.

In Case the Order Cannot Be Fulfilled

If the product is physically out of stock, making it impossible to deliver within the specified timeframe in the order, Saunum will notify the buyer of the delay through the contact information provided in the order. The notice will include information about the reasons for the non-fulfillment of the order and a proposal for new delivery conditions for the ordered product. If the proposed conditions are not satisfactory to the buyer, they have the right to cancel the order.

Damages During Transport

We do our best to package our devices and heaters securely. However, despite our efforts, products may still get damaged during transport. Even if you are unsure whether anything has been damaged or not, it’s always a good idea to take pictures of the received goods with your phone. You may need these photos in case the product is damaged.

If you notice damaged packaging, please do the following:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and ensure that the damages are visible.
  • Unpack the order and check whether the product itself has been damaged. Take photos of any damaged items.
  • Contact us via email at info@saunum.ee and send us pictures of the damaged product(s).

Customers must inform Saunum of any damaged products within 3 business days from the date of receiving the goods.
